Today was my first day as a tour guide for Seattle Free Walking Tours, and it was the best thing ever! I get to meet the guys at the Flying Fish Market, tell people fun stories about the Seattle Underground and Chief Sealth and give a plug for the restaurant where my brother works. It made me really appreciate my city that it is easy to take for granted if I'm not talking about how great it is. It's the best of both worlds: having the fun of travelling with the joy of being home.
