How I See It #1

As I was walking today on Jackson and 4th (in Pioneer Square), I saw the Space Needle up 2nd Ave. 

But what I really saw was this:

A is 4th Ave S and 2nd Ave S where I took the picture from.  The orange marker is the Space Needle.

A glance at the map shows this sight line must have been planned deliberately.  Since 2nd Ave doesn't continue straight to the Space Needle the view is preserved by the absence of buildings along this sight line through Belltown and the careful placement of the Space Needle when it was built.
