This genius intervention perfectly fulfills What this place needs in a way that is immediate and real. 

All of us, who could be considered gentrifiers, biking along this designated "neighborhood greenway," see this sign and feel the pang that we aren't imagining it. The folks that put up this sign have noticed, there is real gentrification happening right here, as we watch.
