After a few weeks in Copenhagen and a year in Seattle reading, talking and thinking a lot about community ownership and cooperative housing, here are a few things I suppose are probably true a lot of the time. I now need to spend a lot more time systematically verifying under what conditions these things are true or a good idea to work towards.
